"As far as customer service goes,Lori Smith is the best !! She treats her customers like friends & family. She greets everybody with a smile and always has a kind word to say to everybody,Lori knows most of her customers by name and that to me says a lot. It makes her customers feel more important,that they're just not a unit being paid for.I would definitely recommend First USA Storage for all your storage needs !!!"
